一、简介：
　　WLY-3A型袜子弹性回复率测试仪是用来检测袜子弹性回复率和应力松弛的专用
仪器。该仪器也包含了WLY-3型袜子拉伸仪的功能，可以用来检测袜子横向和纵向延伸值。

  Model WLY-3A hosiery stretch&recovery tester is a specialized instrument used for 
  testing the percentage values of hosiery elastic recovery and tension relaxation. It also
  has the function of WLY-3 to test the breadthwise& lengthwise stretching values of 
  hosiery.
