MLY-1A型 毛衫密度拉伸仪

一、简介：
       MLY-1A型毛衫密度拉伸仪是一款适用于各种毛衫衣片做纵向（横向）大拉密试验用的全自动数字化测试仪器。尤其适用于拥有多台全电脑横机的车间现场抽查衣片，控制台差。
       　　

二、特点：
* 操作简单、使用方便，装取试样简单快捷，测试过程全部自动化，工作效率高；
* 拉力（1kg~12kg, 共23个拉力）可调，充分模拟工艺师的手力拉伸；
* 测试结果（拉力值、拉伸长度）屏幕直观动态显示；
* 双传感器（力和位移）控制，保证测试准确、性能可靠；
* 仪器轻巧方便，万向轮设计，可在生产车间随时测试；

【General Introduction】
 Model MLY-1A sweater strength tester is an automatic digital instrument used for 
 testing weft ( warp) stretching values of various sweater pieces. It is especially suitable
 for checking the sweater pieces and adjusting the difference between multiple 
 computerized sweater knitting machines in the workshop.

【Main characteristics】
* Easy-operation, convenient, high-efficiently and automatically.
* The testing force can be adjusted from 1kg to 12kg ( 23 forces).
* LCD display the testing results (values of stretching force& length).
* It is controlled by double sesors (force& displacement) to ensure the accuracy and 
  reliability of the test.
* Light and handy, universal wheels enable the instrument to be tested at any time in 
  the workshop.
* Use highly integrated circuit board to realize the electromechanical integration and 
  test automation. 
* The display page can be switched between Chinese/ English, also the stretching force
  and stretching distance can be converted from metric system to British system.
